Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) NIGHT SHIFT

Pleasantview Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.

About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse works with the Unit Director to develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans, ensuring the needs of residents are met. Responsibilities include assisting in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel, managing daily unit operations per shift, and stepping into leadership roles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans in collaboration with the Unit Director.
• Supervise and orient nursing personnel.
• Oversee daily operations of the unit on a per-shift basis.
• Assume leadership responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing preferred.
