Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) NIGHT SHIFT

About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) will provide both short term rehabilitation and long-term care under the direction of the Unit Director. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized Nursing Care Plans, assisting in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel, and managing daily operations on a per shift, unit level basis.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements individualized Nursing Care Plans to meet customer needs
• Assists in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel
• Manages daily operations on a per shift, unit level basis
• Assumes responsibilities of a leadership role as needed

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing is preferred
