Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and report adverse reactions
• Monitor patients and maintain accurate medical records
• Report patient conditions to RNs (Registered Nurses) and doctors
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and families

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program
• Must have a valid LPN license in PA
