Nursing: LPN/RN, 12 hour shifts - Sign on Bonus Available!

About the role

Messiah Lifeways is a nonprofit organization serving adults 55+ in South Central PA since 1896. We are recognized as a CMS 5-Star Nursing Facility due to our commitment to quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents.
• Lead and support nursing team members on your assigned neighborhood and shift.
• Observe, assess, and document resident conditions while keeping families and physicians informed.
• Oversee and implement individualized care plans from admission through ongoing updates.
• Foster a safe, positive, and relationship-centered environment for residents and staff.
• Care for residents’ needs, coordinate appointments, transportation, and interdepartmental communication.
• Support team accountability, including initiating disciplinary procedures when necessary.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license.
• Certified in CPR by an approved program meeting state and federal regulations.
• 1 year clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organized and focused in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with EHR systems and basic technology tools (preferred).

Qualifications

• Passionate about supporting rehabilitation and care for adults 55+
• Willingness to work 6:45pm to 7:15am with rotating weekend and holiday assignments.

Pay

$6,000 Sign On Bonus available to those who qualify!

Schedule

6:45pm to 7:15am with rotating weekend and holiday assignments.
