Schedule
- Full-Time
- Shifts: 6:30am–3:00pm, 2:30pm–11:00pm, or 10:30pm–7:00am
- Works various weekdays, every other weekend, and rotating holidays
Pay
- Targeted pay range: $31.89 to $34.28 per hour
- Shift differential: $1.00/hour for evenings, $2.00/hour for overnights
Ecumen considers a variety of factors when determining new hire pay, including experience, qualifications, and, when applicable, certifications, licenses, and education.

Responsibilities
- Provides nursing care to residents/patients within the scope of practice of a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Coordinates and directs resident/patient care, including collaboration with other departments/providers from admission to discharge
- Assists Registered Nurse with assessments, documentation, and data collection within scope of practice, acting timely on findings
- Administers medications and completes treatments as ordered
- Observes and monitors residents’ conditions, reporting changes as appropriate
- Ensures all physicians’ orders are signed and implemented within specified time frames
- Maintains safety for residents/patients and team members, responding appropriately to hazards
- Ensures staff compliance with infection control policies and procedures
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, safe, and efficiently organized work area
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing for the Licensed Practical Nurse program
- Current LPN licensure in the state of employment
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
- Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience providing senior care in a healthcare setting
