Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document residents’ health status, including vital signs
- Report changes in resident condition to the supervising RN or physician
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support recovery plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulations
- Provide emotional support and education to residents and families
- Maintain a safe and clean environment while following infection control protocols
- Support teamwork and positive communication throughout the nursing department
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Strong clinical skills including medication administration and wound care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- BLS/CPR certification required
Pay
$27.00–$32.70/hour (based on experience) plus $2.00 shift differential. $15,000 sign-on bonus paid in equal monthly installments.
