Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a behavioral health setting
- Assess and document patient needs and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
- Document patient interactions and care activities accurately and timely
Requirements
- Current state LPN license or a current multistate compact license
- Associate degree from an accredited nursing school
- One year experience in behavioral health preferred
- BCLS or within one week of hire/transfer
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action

- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

Schedule
36 hour weeks (12 hour shift 7 - 7:30)
