Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who want to combine their love for people and strong work ethic with opportunities to advance their careers. This staff position includes direct patient care responsibilities as well as supervisory duties for nursing assistants.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel to deliver nursing care within scope of practice.
• Coordinate care delivery in accordance with physician orders, center policies, and federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Administer medications and treatments in a timely manner and according to policy.
• Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders.
• Follow established procedures for charting and reporting all incident/accident reports (patients and employees).
• Identify and report changes in patient condition to supervisor, physician, and family.
