Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, timely, and effective nursing care to residents under the direction of an RN or physician.
- Monitor patients' health, administer medications, and provide wound care and other treatments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans.
- Support residents and their families with education, comfort, and reassurance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Maryland or Multistate.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred - new grads welcome!
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a heart for service.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
