What You'll Do
- Monitor residents, document situations and transfers to the ER when necessary.
- Serve as a supportive companion, promoting the well-being and safety of residents.
- Aid in limited medication administration.
- Act as a liaison with families, maintaining communication and care coordination.
What You'll Need
- High school education
- Active, Unencumbered Massachusetts LPN license
- Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods
- Capable of frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 20 pounds unassisted, and up to 50 pounds or more with assistance as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with residents, families, visitors, government personnel, the public, and colleagues
- Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English

$34.00 - $36.00/hour

Full-Time, 32 hours per week, weekday days, rotating weekend evenings
