Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
- Monitor and record resident conditions and communicate changes to the RN Supervisor
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and CNAs to deliver quality resident care
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
- Provide emotional support to residents and families
Requirements
- Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (in good standing)
- Prior experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Commitment to providing quality care to residents
