Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Ambulatory, Internal Resource Pool, Full-Time, Day

Role Overview: Provides routine nursing care under physician supervision, supporting patient examinations, procedures, and health education. Key Responsibilities: Assist physicians with exams and procedures.Coordinate patient appointments, tests, referrals, and admissions.Maintain medical supplies and equipment functionality.Document vital signs, medical history, and encounter details.Call in prescriptions per physician instructions.Educate patients on health behaviors and self-care.Prepare and clean exam rooms.Handle clinical calls and forward urgent matters.Complete necessary forms for insurance and schedule updates.Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Licensed as an LPN in South Carolina or recognized program equivalent.No experience required; RN licensure accepted temporarily if obtained.Must adhere to compliance and organizational values. Skills & Abilities: Basic nursing knowledge and patient care skills. Additional Details: Regional travel required. This is a non-management role reporting to a supervisor or manager. The position is based in a healthcare facility within the Ambulatory Internal Resource Pool.
