Responsibilities

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care, including but not limited to:

• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents
• Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident's physical and emotional status
• Medication administration
• Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment

Requirements

• LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn

Nice to have

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Behavioral care / memory care experience
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)

Pay

$36-$37 per hour
