Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care according to care plans and physician orders
• Monitor vital signs and patient responses

Requirements

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as per state regulations
• CPR certification

Qualifications

• Preferred: at least one year of experience in inpatient medical-surgical or hospital settings
• Rehabilitation experience is a plus
