Provide compassionate, personalized patient care in a rehabilitation setting as an LPN/LVN.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care aligned with care plans and physician orders
• Monitor vital signs and patient responses
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses
• Build meaningful relationships to support recovery and celebrate patient victories

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure
• CPR certification
• Preferred experience in inpatient medical-surgical or hospital environments
• Rehabilitation experience is a plus
