Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality, compassionate, and individualized care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders.
• Monitoring patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborating with Registered Nurses to report findings and support patient recovery.
• Building strong relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Celebrating patient progress and supporting their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as per state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience in inpatient medical-surgical or hospital settings.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred.
