About the role
Seeking a compassionate LPN/LVN to provide personalized patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Delivering direct patient care according to care plans and physician orders.
- Monitoring patient behaviors, vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
- Collaborating with registered nurses to report findings and execute care plans.
- Building meaningful relationships with patients to support their physical, mental, and emotional recovery.
- Celebrating patient milestones and victories.
Requirements
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as per state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Preferred: One year of inpatient medical-surgical or hospital experience; rehabilitation experience is a plus.
