Licensed Practical Nurse - Inpatient Rehab Hospital

About the role

Join our healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, focused on helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence after illness or injury.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments, monitoring responses, and reporting changes
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs) to support therapy goals
• Monitoring vital signs and neurological status for early detection of changes
• Documenting patient progress to aid care planning and team coordination
• Educating patients and families on recovery milestones, safety, and self-care
• Collaborating with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver personalized care

Requirements

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license (must be obtained within 30 days)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification (must be obtained within 30 days)
• No prior experience required
