Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) position in an Inpatient Rehab Hospital, supporting patient recovery, mobility, and independence after illness or injury.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor responses, and report changes
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor vital signs and neurological status for changes
- Document patient progress and functional ability
- Educate and support patients and families regarding recovery and safety
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to ensure quality care
Requirements
- Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) certification, obtained within 30 days of employment
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of start
- No prior experience required
