Licensed Practical Nurse - Harvey

Essential Duties

• Processes patients from assessment to discharge in both medications assisted treatment and drug free treatment programming.
• Dispenses all medication under procedures set forth by Family Guidance Center, Substance Use Prevention and Recovery, Clinical Sustainability Assessment Tool, and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
• Maintains the appropriateness of methadone and medication dosages.
• Maintains the physical & mental health well-being of patients and documents findings.

Schedule

Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:15a - 2:45p); with rotating Saturdays

Required Experience

• Education and/or Experience: At least two years' experience in hospital or agency setting preferred.

• L.P.N. registered in the State of Illinois and certified in CPR required.
