Licensed Practical Nurse - Full Time - Night Shift

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professionalism and accountability. Coordinates care with other departments, evaluates care effectiveness, and maintains patient rights and confidentiality. Adheres to organizational mission, values, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and rights.
• Follow standards, policies, and procedures to ensure quality care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license as per state requirements.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various movements.
• BLS certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, or others based on unit needs.
