Licensed Practical Nurse, Full-Time, Night Shift

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction of a licensed healthcare professional. Maintains accountability for patient care, ensures patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinates care with other departments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with successful licensure.
• Current LPN license and compliance with state Board of Nursing requirements.
• Preferred certifications (unit-dependent): BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., LPN-IV.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient assessments.
• Administer treatments and support clinical procedures.
• Maintain physical ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, and kneeling.
