Responsibilities

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with valid licensure
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients, with the capacity to handle up to 50 pounds
- New or experienced LPNs considered
- Basic Life Support certification required
- LPN-IV Certification needed within 3 months if applicable
- Current LPN license per state requirements
