Responsibilities

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience
- Current LPN license
- Basic Life Support certification
- LPN-IV certification required within three months for Missouri
Skills and physical demands
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients
- Physical requirements up to 50 pounds
