Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process to provide quality patient care
- Assessing and evaluating patient needs and care effectiveness
- Coordinating care with other departments
- Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
- Performing duties aligned with organizational standards and values
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with licensure
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift patients; capable of handling up to 50 pounds
- New or experienced LPNs welcome
- Basic Life Support certification; LPN-IV certification required within specified timeframes
- Current LPN license in the practicing state, meeting all regulatory requirements
