Licensed Practical Nurse - Full Time - Night Shift

About the Role

This position is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) working on a medical floor specializing in pulmonary and respiratory conditions in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide direct patient care.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure comprehensive patient support.
• Maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and dignity.
• Deliver focused treatment and respiratory support.
• Provide patient education on pulmonary and respiratory conditions.
• Ensure quality care in alignment with organizational standards.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Valid LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting and assisting patients.
• Certification in IV therapy preferred.
