About the role

Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure patient rights and confidentiality.
- Assess patient needs, provide treatment, and coordinate care with other departments.
- Monitor patient progress and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
- Perform duties in accordance with organizational standards, mission, and values.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with valid licensure.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 50 pounds), and assist with patient movements.
- Experience as a new or seasoned LPN.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; LPN-IV Certification preferred or to be obtained within specified timeframe.
- Maintain an active LPN license as per state requirements.
