About the role

Provides nursing care under supervision, including data collection, patient monitoring, and family instruction in a neuroscience medical/surgical unit. This night-shift position emphasizes compassionate care and health promotion.

Responsibilities

• Delivers individualized patient care based on established care plans
• Monitors and documents vital signs and patient responses
• Reports changes in patient condition to healthcare providers
• Maintains accurate and confidential medical records
• Administers medications as per policy

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited LPN program
• One year of LPN experience or equivalent
• Current LPN license recognized by the NCSBN Compact
• Candidates enrolled in LPN to RN transition programs or who have completed a residency may qualify

Skills & Certifications

• Holds a valid LPN license
