Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time, Night

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician
• Data collection, patient monitoring, and documentation of responses
• Perform delegated patient care tasks
• Administer medications as per instructions
• Instruct patients and families on health-related topics
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records
• Observe patient status and communicate changes to healthcare providers

Requirements

• Completion of an approved LPN program
• At least one year of LPN experience or equivalent training
• A current LPN license recognized by the relevant nursing board
