Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time

Role Overview: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides patient-centered nursing care within their scope of practice, supporting healthcare teams in various facility settings. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.Collect, document, and monitor patient information, reporting changes in condition.Perform wound care and educate patients on health management.Assist with activities of daily living to promote patient well-being.Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.Perform additional duties as required by the facility. Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license.Minimum of one year of facility-based nursing experience.Current BLS/CPR certification.Recent PPD test (within the last year).Physical ability to meet job demands, with or without accommodations.
