About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) seeking experienced and dependable LPNs to join a Per Diem team in Hampton Roads.
Responsibilities
- Providing nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
- Administering medications and treatments
- Collecting and documenting patient information
- Providing wound care and patient education
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Coordinating care with healthcare team members
- Performing additional duties as needed based on facility requirements
Requirements
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Candidate must be local to the Hampton Roads area
Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of facility‑based experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Recent PPD test within the last year
