Licensed Practical Nurse - Family Medicine

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to patients under supervision, collect observational data, communicate patient information, and participate as part of the healthcare team. Deliver care aligned with the patient care plan, organizational policies, and relationship-based care principles. Engage in mentoring, instructing, and quality improvement projects. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or passed LPN Boards; recent LPN experience preferred. Must hold a current LPN license and BLS certification, with additional specialty certifications as needed. Strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills are essential. Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations are required. Additional Details: Compensation ranges from $24.55 to $35.65/hour.
