Licensed Practical Nurse - Family Medicine

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities: Provides nursing care to patients under supervision, collects data through observation, communicates information to assist in patient assessment, participates in team and quality improvement projects, and delivers care following organizational policies and relationship-based care principles. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program or successful LPN board exam, with at least one year of recent LPN experience preferred. Must hold a current LPN license and BLS certification; additional specialty certifications may be required. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, computer proficiency, adaptability, and mentoring abilities. Experience with electronic medical records is preferred. Key Duties: Deliver patient care, support patient/family needs, collaborate with healthcare team, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Additional Details: Part-time, 8-hour shifts between 0645-1730, no weekend work, pay rate $24.55 - $35.65/hour, with benefits included.
