Licensed Practical Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Rego Park Health Care, a premier healthcare provider in Queens, New York. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers

Requirements

• Active NYS LPN license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or related field)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting (preferably in a Nursing Home or SNF)
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay

$40 per hour
