Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to adult and senior residents.

- Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to develop and support individualized care plans.
- Assist with wound care and health education for residents and families.
- Deliver direct resident care in a patient-centered, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid LPN license.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to provide attentive, quality care and support health education.
- Interest in long-term care and rehabilitation environments.
