About the role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ health needs and document findings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and report changes to RN.
- Prepare and assist with patient procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current LPN license in the state of Georgia.
- One year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
Skills
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Knowledge of infection control protocols.
