About the role
This position is eligible for a Sign-On Bonus up to $7,500.
Responsible for
- Assisting Registered Nurses with care and assessment all age groups within the Standard of Care set by Parkview Health System and Indiana Nurse Practice Act.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of a school of nursing.
- Must complete General Orientation, Patient Care Orientation, and unit specific orientation as provided and required.
- Valid Licensed Practice Nurse License required for the State where services will be provided.
- Must have current CPR certification.
- Additional certifications may be required for specific areas.
- For Peds department, must have PALS within 1 year.
- ED at Randallia and PRMC: ACLS and PALS both required within 1 year.
- Randallia ED: NVCI required within 6 months.
- Current co-workers have until 11/5/2020 to obtain NVCI.
- Must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and assist with 100 lbs.
