Licensed Practical Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient triage and record vital signs
• Administer injections, IV treatments, and medications
• Perform diagnostic tests (EKG, glucose, labs)
• Auxiliary support for providers with procedures and patient care
• Care coordination including prescription management and communication with pharmacies
• Support patient care across clinic and home settings
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with protocols

Requirements

• Active LPN, EMT, or Paramedic license/certification
• BLS certification required (ACLS a plus)
• 1+ year clinical experience preferred
