About the role
The Recovery Village is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our compassionate healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide essential nursing care to patients struggling with addiction and mental health conditions, supporting their recovery through clinical and emotional care. You will work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
- Maintain a safe and clean patient environment, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain patient confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment.
- Additional certifications related to nursing or patient care.
