We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled, one-on-one homecare for a 20-year-old female patient in Marengo, IL.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders
- Monitor patient status
- Administer medications
- Perform G-tube feedings
- Support tracheostomy and ventilator needs
- Document care
- Educate family members to promote safety and comfort
Qualifications
- Current Illinois LPN license
- BLS/CPR certification
- Health certificate
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
Preferred experience
- Pediatric nursing
- G-tube care
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator care
- Homecare or private duty nursing
