Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments
- Monitor resident health and communicate changes to the care team
- Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans
- Support residents with memory loss through patience, empathy, and engagement
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Mentor and support caregivers and new staff
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing
Preferred (not required): Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care experience. We are happy to train the right candidate with a passion for senior care.

Schedule
- Full-Time, 40 hours/week
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
- Consistent rotating schedule between two nearby communities:
- Week 1: 3 days at Location A, 2 days at Location B (Spring Lake Park)
- Week 2: 2 days at Location A, 3 days at Location B (Crystal OR Brooklyn Park)
