Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities.
Predictable, Local Travel. This role is shared between two nearby communities (just minutes apart), with a consistent rotating schedule:
- Week 1: 3 days at Location A, 2 days at Location B
- Week 2: 2 days at Location A, 3 days at Location B
Responsibilities
Build strong, lasting connections with residents and families in a supportive, community-based setting.
Collaborate closely with caregivers, leadership, and healthcare providers to ensure safe, compassionate, and personalized care.
- Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support residents with memory loss through patience, empathy, and engagement
- Mentor and support caregivers and new staff
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
Requirements
Required:
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing
Preferred (not Required):
Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care experience
Qualifications
