Assisted Living LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care for senior residents in an assisted living community. The role involves supporting RNs, recruiting and training caregivers and med techs, coordinating medication schedules, and developing individualized care plans through assessments. You will collaborate with the care team, document resident conditions accurately, and ensure residents' needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

Requirements
