As an Assisted Living Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents, conduct regular rounds, and build meaningful connections with residents while collaborating with the team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents
• Complete appropriate documentation to support continuity of care
• Conduct regular rounds on residents to provide consistent, individualized support
• Build meaningful connections with residents and collaborate with team members to provide care

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Current and active LPN license in New Jersey
• Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Skills

• Highly skilled in delivering person-centered nursing care
• Effective communicator and collaborator

Pay

$33 - $40 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

• Full-Time & Part-Time
• Shifts available: 2:45p-11:15p & 10:45p-7:15p
• Every other weekend rotation required
