About the role

A licensed practical nurse opportunity exists at Brownsburg Meadows Assisted Living. We offer both part-time and full-time positions, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet the needs of residents.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Work towards a common goal of excellent care for residents.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment.

Requirements

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.

Qualifications

• Passionate about geriatric nursing and senior care.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Experience in assisted living or similar settings preferred.
