A licensed practical nurse opportunity at Heritage Park Commons Assisted Living. Evening shift, full-time position with paid on-call weekends.
Responsibilities
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.

Requirements
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
