Licensed Practical Nurse - Ambulatory Cardiovascular

Role Overview: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under supervision, collaborating with RNs and healthcare team members. They collect patient data, communicate findings, and deliver care aligned with organizational policies and the patient care plan. Key Responsibilities Assist in patient assessment and care planning by observing and reporting data.Deliver nursing care according to established policies, procedures, and relationship-based principles.Participate in team activities and quality improvement projects.Mentor and instruct colleagues as needed. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or licensed after passing the LPN boards.One year of recent LPN experience preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively in team settings and adapt to unpredictable situations.Proficiency with computer systems; experience with electronic medical records is preferred.Current LPN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification as required. Additional Details: The position is full-time, nonexempt, with daytime hours (0730-1600, Monday-Friday). No weekend shifts or call responsibilities. Compensation ranges from $26.52 to $39.32 per hour, with comprehensive benefits.
