What You'll Do

• Clinical Excellence: Take a lead role in comprehensive patient assessments, utilizing your sharp clinical intuition to monitor well-being and proactively manage patient outcomes.
• Precision Care: Safely administer medications and treatments, maintaining a vigilant eye for adverse reactions to ensure the highest standards of patient safety.
• Diagnostic & Therapeutic Support: Execute vital laboratory tests and therapeutic services that form the backbone of our diagnostic process.
• Patient Advocacy & Education: Empower patients and their families by demystifying complex treatment plans. You will serve as the essential link to their recovery, providing the clear guidance and resources they need for a confident transition to self-care and long-term wellness.

Minimum Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
• Education:
  • High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Additional Preferences

• IV Certification: You must possess a current IV Certification at the time of hire to perform essential functions.
