Licensed Practical Nurse - Ambulatory Cardiovascular

Role Overview: The licensed practical nurse (LPN) provides patient-centered nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or other designated supervisor. Key Responsibilities Collect patient data through observation and communicate findings to assist in assessment and care planning.Deliver care aligned with the patient care plan, organizational policies, and relationship-based care principles.Collaborate with the healthcare team and accept delegation from RNs and providers to meet patient and family needs.Participate in quality improvement projects and mentoring activities as needed. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or have passed the LPN Boards, with recent relevant experience preferred.Current LPN license per state requirements; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required in some locations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience working in team environments and proficiency with electronic medical records preferred.Adaptability to unpredictable situations and flexibility in working hours. Additional Details This is a full-time, day-shift role with no weekends or call requirements. Compensation ranges from $26.52 to $39.32 per hour.
