Licensed Physical Therapist PT - Clinic Director

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
• Career development and quality improvement

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist in physical, occupational, or speech therapy
• Experience in care coordination and team leadership
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
